Using Portpine
You may use the platform for lawful business procurement activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for the actions of users on your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing page.
Suppliers and transactions
Portpine facilitates discovery, quoting and coordination. Contracts for goods are between buyer and supplier. We do not guarantee supplier performance, delivery dates or product quality.
Acceptable use
No fraudulent listings, restricted or sanctioned goods, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass platform security.
Liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
